Provide individual and group therapy sessions within the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), for patients with substance use disorders, both in-person and via telehealth, . embodying the Steadfast patient-first ethos..  . . Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment and discharge plans that align with IOP level-of-care requirements and evidence-based best practices..  . . Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support patient recovery..  . . Collaborate with all clinic-level team members to formulate and execute patient care plans, including Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, and Peer Recovery Specialists, ensuring integrated treatment approaches..  . . Support patients in crisis intervention situations and coordinate higher levels of care when necessary..  . . Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines..  . . Pioneer innovative ways of improving access and overall care for disadvantaged, marginalized populations..  . . Champion the company’s mission by modeling compassion and fostering trust and strong relationships with patients and communities..  . . Educate patients and families on SUD, co-occurring disorders, and available resources to support sustained recovery and overall health. .  . . Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support patient recovery..  . . Collaborate with all clinic-level team members to formulate and execute patient care plans, including Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, and Peer Recovery Specialists, ensuring integrated treatment approaches..  . . Support patients in crisis intervention situations and coordinate higher levels of care when necessary..  . . Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines..  . . Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education to stay current with best practices in SUD treatment. .  . . . Qualifications.  .  . . . Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).  . or equivalent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, etc.) . in Ohio..  . . Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to individuals with substance use disorders..  . . Minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy in an IOP, PHP, or comparable treatment setting.. . . Certification in addiction counseling is a plus.. . . Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery is a plus.. . . Strong knowledge of SUD diagnoses, medications, and treatment modalities.  .  . . Ability to effectively interact with diverse staff, patients, and community members. .  . . Excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible, can-do mentality, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.  .  . .
