Youโ€™ll be building the plane while flying it. ๐Ÿ“ Remote-friendly โ€” strong async communication, self-directed, and disciplined about documentation. . . โœจ Nice to Have. . . Background in production operations or creative project management. . Comfort with AI tools and willingness to integrate them into workflows. . Experience with forward capacity planning or demand forecasting by content type, vertical, or team. . Experience supporting casting, talent coordination, or creator operations. .
