About the Role. . We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Engineering Advisor / Manufacturing / DFM Engineer to support product development and production processes. In this role, you will act as a key link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring that designs are optimized for manufacturing and successfully launched into production.. . . Key Responsibilities. . . Perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis. . Analyze 2D drawings and 3D models to ensure compliance with technical requirements. . Coordinate product development and production launch processes. . Act as a liaison between customers and supplier companies. . Implement engineering changes in production systems (change management). . Conduct and report production risk analyses, including action plans. . Ensure timely completion of key production stages. . Support continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. . . . Requirements. . Technical Skills. . . Strong knowledge of GD&T and inspection/QA practices. . Experience with 2D/3D CAD software. . Ability to identify DFM issues from CAD models and technical drawings. . Understanding of CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and/or 3D printing (preferred). . . . Education. . . Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field (preferred). . . . Experience. . . 2–4 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment. . 1–2 years of hands-on experience with manufacturing processes (CNC, sheet metal, 3D printing). . . . Personal Qualities. . . Strong attention to detail. . Flexibility and adaptability. . Ability to work in cross-functional teams. . Problem-solving mindset. . . . Language Requirements. . .
