Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow configurations and custom applications.. . . . Support ongoing improvements and optimization of ServiceNow ITSM modules.. . . . Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect and business analysts to clarify requirements and deliver solutions aligned with client needs.. . . . Participate in technical design reviews and contribute to best practice documentation.. . . . Maintain and refine update sets, release processes, and technical documentation.. . . . Contribute to continuous process improvement and platform stability.. . . . Required Qualifications. . . . U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance. . . . 5–7 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform. . . . ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). . . . At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification (ITSM preferred). . . . Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including:. . . . Server-side and client-side JavaScript. . . . Glide API / Glide scripting. . . . . . Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices, including:. . . . Application scoping. . . . Data segregation. . . . Performance optimization. . . . . . Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies. . . . Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and functional teams. . . . Preferred Qualifications. . . .
