Partner with Product leadership to develop, prioritize, and execute the New Product operational roadmap to improve efficiency and alignment with company strategy. . Own end-to-end GTM workflows, reporting, and tracking systems, leveraging tools and processes to drive scalability. . Partner with cross-functional teams to establish operating models that reduce waste and friction across Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. . Optimize and automate processes to remove overhead, enabling Product Managers to focus on strategic efforts. . Develop metrics and operations that embed data-driven decisions throughout all aspects of product development, delivery, and GTM operations. . . What You Bring. . . 8+ years progressive experience in product operations, product management, or program management, ideally 3+ years experience in health tech. . Experience at a startup or face-paced company; thrive in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision. . Experience implementing or serving as an admin or super user for work management software (ex. Jira, Asana, Aha!, etc.). . Strong understanding and ability to leverage different aspects of project management methodologies based on company and team needs. . Excellent ability to build relationships quickly across all levels. . Superior written and verbal communication skills. . . Nice To Haves. . . Agile certification. . PMP or CAPM. . Experience working at a startup or other fast-paced environment. . Experience building data platforms and products powered by data, especially in an R&D environment. . . Compensation. . . $170k to $190k base + benefits.
