Position Overview: . . . Utilize full-life cycle recruiting & sourcing experience for Talent Acquisition and to manage requisitions for multiple offices. . Partner with managers to hire employees across the Southeast for: various levels of skilled residential, commercial, and entry door installers and service technicians, warehouse associates, administration, and manager requisitions. . . Apply creative Talent Acquisition sourcing strategies to identify talent. . Conduct initial applicant phone/video interviews and serve as applicants’ primary point of contact throughout the evaluation process, ensuring a positive experience. . Professionally represent Company at recruiting events; specifically career fairs, campus fairs, and technical school engagements. . . . Qualifications:. . . Career focused Recruiter with minimum of three (3) years’ full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience coupled with Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree; or an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered . . Must be an excellent communicator, have strong organizational and time management skills and have experience successfully juggling multiple responsibilities. . Travel opportunities (up to 5 days/quarter) to Southeast locations for various recruiting activities and/or to foster relationships with schools, and attend career/job fairs (both virtual and in-person) to conduct interviews; mileage will be reimbursed for all work-related travel. .
