Analytics Engineer II. , you will be a driving force in bridging the gap between raw data and actionable business insights. You will take ownership of the end-to-end data lifecycle, from designing scalable models to refining our ELT best practices. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who balances technical execution with a strategic understanding of how data impacts business outcomes. Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines. to collect, transform, and aggregate data from various sources that yield high-quality analytics, both internally and externally. . . Create and maintain data models. and schema that are trustworthy, efficient, flexible, and high-performing for analytics and business intelligence.. . Engage with stakeholders & team members. to understand data needs, translating complex business logic into high-performing data schemas that ensure consistency, accuracy and integrity across all stages of the pipeline. . . Continuously optimize and improve data processing pipelines. and analytic workflows for better performance and scalability; Drive data observability and monitoring initiatives, ensuring our pipelines are resilient and our data is trustworthy.. . Automate and streamline manual processes. to enhance operational efficiency and reduce human error.. . . To Be Successful. . Do these things sound like you? Yes? (Seriously, you must LOVE what you do!). . 3+ years. of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a highly technical data analyst role.. . Proficiency in SQL & Python. .. . 3+ years of experience in dbt (Data Build Tool), including experience with CI/CD workflows and package management.. . 3+ years operating in Cloud Data Warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks) and advanced modeling techniques (e.g., Data Vault or Kimball).. . Competence working with version control systems, preferably Git. . Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence, and contribute to ongoing improvements in the analytics stack.. . Strong problem-solving skills and a highly analytical mindset. . Excellent written and verbal communication. . You are legally authorized to work permanently in the US without employer sponsorship. .
