This is a part-time W2 remote role with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and consistent Mon–Fri afternoon/evening hours.. . Guaranteed pay. for late cancellations and no-shows. . $35/hr. individual sessions (12+) | . $45/hr. family therapy. . Part-time W2 — stable employment, not gig work. . Fully remote — work from anywhere in North Carolina. . Mon–Fri 3–8 PM — consistent, predictable hours. . No billing, no credentialing, no admin — we handle everything. . . The Work. . Provide teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina. Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide, and participate in weekly supervision and case consultations.. . What You Need. . . Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina . (required — we cannot hire pre-licensure or other license types at this time). . Bilingual Spanish/English fluency. . Interest in or experience with youth and family therapy. . Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems. . Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM. . . Preferred. . . CBT, DBT, or similar modality training. .
