To develop, maintain, and improve the interface between Sales, Engineering, and enabling functions, ensuring achievement of top-line targets and optimal usage of resources.. . Provide Tier 1 end‑user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and general IT issues.. . Perform onboarding and hardware deployment, including imaging machines, preparing systems, and shipping equipment to remote users.. . Create, modify, and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure.. . Track and maintain IT assets, including hardware lifecycle, inventory accuracy, and equipment returns.. . Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues and escalate to senior team members when needed.. . Document procedures, contribute to workflow improvements, and support the development of IT knowledge resources.. . Participate in team meetings and provide input on process optimization and user experience enhancements.. . Occasionally lift and move equipment up to approximately 50 pounds for short distances.. . Learn and gain exposure to advanced technologies, including Linux HPC clusters, virtual server infrastructure, and broader networking concepts.. . . Required Skills:. . . Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems and common troubleshooting steps.. . Understanding of Office 365 tools and administration.. . Exposure to or basic knowledge of Windows Deployment Server (WDS) or similar imaging tools.. . Strong attention to detail and commitment to following documented processes.. .
