Head of Supply.  is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the supply-side strategy across the Bidmachine platform, with a primary focus on the Bidmachine SDK business and its interaction with Mediations and User Acquisition. This role owns the growth, quality, and performance of supply, spanning developer acquisition, publisher lifecycle management, data analytics, inventory optimization, and strategic partnerships.. . This is a hands-on leadership role. Beyond leading teams, the Head of Supply is expected to actively engage in publisher strategy, deal structuring, integration design, and problem-solving. Success requires the ability to bridge supply and demand, align publisher needs with marketplace dynamics, and collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams to drive sustainable growth.. . The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in mobile ad monetization, in-app bidding and mediation, SDK-based supply, and exchange economics — and is comfortable getting creative in how Bidmachine works with publishers, across different commercial models and technical integrations.. . Responsibilities:. . 1. Supply Strategy & Hands-On Leadership. . . Define and execute the global supply strategy across the Bidmachine platform, with a primary focus on the Exchange.. . Own the supply P&L, including revenue growth, costs, margins, and strategic resource allocation.. . Actively participate in execution: publisher strategy, commercial models, and complex problem-solving — this is not a purely managerial role.. . Identify new supply verticals, geographies, formats, and product opportunities for sustainable growth.. . Build and refine data-driven frameworks to assess publisher quality, long-term value, and inventory performance.. . . 2. Publisher Growth & Strategic Partnerships. . . Lead and scale the team responsible for onboarding, managing, and growing publisher accounts.. . Define KPIs, playbooks, and lifecycle strategies for supply acquisition, activation, and retention.. . Work directly with top-tier publishers to improve ARPDAU, fill rate, yield, and monetization outcomes.. . Design flexible and creative publisher engagement models, including multiple commercial structures and integration paths (SDK, mediation, hybrid, custom).. . Drive adoption and cross-sell of Bidmachine’s full-stack offering (Exchange, Mediation, User Acquisition, Analytics, experimentation tools).. . . 3. Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Execution. . . Optimize internal processes for publisher onboarding, technical integration, and ongoing support.. . Serve as a key bridge between Supply, Demand, Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Data teams.. . Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize supply-impacting initiatives (SDK improvements, reporting, auction mechanics, mediation logic, fraud prevention).. . Ensure supply meets performance, quality, brand safety, and compliance standards.. . Establish forecasting, reporting, and execution cadences to track progress and outcomes.. . . 4. Data-Driven Performance Optimization. . . Partner with Data Science and Analytics to develop monetization insights, dashboards, and predictive models.. . Analyze traffic patterns, demand dynamics, auction health, and eCPM trends across geographies and verticals.. . Identify inefficiencies, revenue leaks, and underperforming inventory segments — and drive concrete remediation plans.. . Leverage AI and automation to accelerate decision-making, surface insights, and scale supply operations.. . . 5. Team Building & Talent Scaling. . . Build, coach, and scale a high-performing Supply organization (Account Managers, Supply Ops, Integration Specialists).. . Requirements:. . . 7+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile monetization, programmatic supply, SSPs, exchanges, . and. mediation platforms.. . Demonstrated success scaling supply pipelines and working with large publisher portfolios.. . Strong analytical background with hands-on experience interpreting monetization and marketplace metrics (eCPM, ARPDAU, fill rate, win rate, auction dynamics).. . Technical understanding of SDK, API, or custom integrations.. . Experience in fast-growing, product-led scale-ups.. .
