What You’ll Do:. . . Design, implement, and maintain highly scalable backend services written in Scala.. . Collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define requirements and deliver impactful features.. . Contribute to system architecture, performance optimization, and fault tolerance improvements.. . Review code, share best practices, and help raise the technical bar for the team.. . Participate in planning and take a proactive role in shaping the technical roadmap.. . . What We’re Looking For:. . . Solid hands-on experience with Scala, ideally with functional / type-level programming (cats-effect, fs2).. . Proficiency with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL.. .
