The Enterprise Implementation Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering successful implementations for DentalXChange’s enterprise clients - including DSOs, strategic partners, and payer organizations. This role manages projects across the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, testing, deployment, and transition to long-term support.. . Working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Client Success, the Project Manager ensures each enterprise implementation is executed with high quality, clear communication, and strong alignment with client expectations. This role is accountable for day-to-day project delivery, issue resolution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.. . The Enterprise Implementation Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting enterprise growth by maintaining rigorous project governance, cultivating strong client relationships, and contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement across the implementation function.. . •    Why does this role matter?. As we expand our products and other enterprise integrations, we need experienced project managers who can guide complex implementations from initial discovery through go-live and steady-state. The Enterprise Project Manager ensures out largest clients experience structured, predictable onboarding process while coordinating across Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Revenue teams. This role serves as the central point of accountability for delivery, helping transform signed contracts into successful live implementations that drive real value for our clients.. •    What impact will this hire have in their first 6 months?. I. n the first six months, this hire will quickly become a key contributor in delivering enterprise implementations and shaping the operational framework for how we scale. They will lead complex client onboarding projects, establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and help drive consistency across project planning, communication, and execution. As the team continues to grow, this role will also contribute to refining our implementation playbook, improving project visibility, and ensuring we deliver high-quality implementations that meet both client expectations and business objectives.. •    What’s the growth trajectory for this position?. What You'll Be Doing As Our Enterprise Implementation Project Manager. . •    . Manage enterprise implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization, including scoping, requirements gathering, solution design coordination, testing planning, deployment scheduling, and transition to support.. •    Execute implementation governance practices by tracking milestones, managing dependencies, identifying risks, and maintaining clear status communication across internal and external stakeholders.. •    Apply and reinforce standardized project methodologies, playbooks, and delivery frameworks established by the Director, Enterprise Implementation.. •    Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define integration requirements and validate data workflows, including EDI transactions, HIPAA X12 standards, and API interfaces.. •    Support Enterprise Sales by contributing to SOW refinement, effort estimation, project scoping, and change-order processes.. •    Maintain structured project documentation across approved systems (Salesforce, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, etc.).. •    Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for project execution, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and clear coordination across internal teams.. •    Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely delivery and alignment on key tasks, dependencies, and technical requirements.. •    Track and report on key implementation metrics such as timeline adherence, project health, client readiness, and go-live success.. •    Escalate complex issues to leadership as needed while driving timely resolution and maintaining client confidence.. •    Ensure all implementation activities meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and secure data-exchange protocols.. •    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by participating in post-mortems, root-cause analysis, and the refinement of playbooks, processes, and tools.. •    Other duties as assigned.. . What You'll Bring to the Team. . •    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.. •    3–7 years of experience in project management, enterprise implementation, or technical onboarding (healthcare or SaaS preferred).. •    Experience coordinating complex client integrations involving EDI, APIs, or structured data exchange.. •    Familiarity with healthcare or dental revenue cycle processes, claims workflows, or payer systems is a strong plus.. •    Strong organizational and communication skills, with demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.. •    Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Confluence.. •    PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification preferred but not required.. •    Ability to balance multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.. .
