Provide engineering support in drilling and completions area to DWP team.. . Provide an objective assessment of Product Quality.. . Contribute as an active Software Tester on the Team to deliver product stories.. . Develop Test Cases based on Test Objectives and Acceptance Criteria.. . Write comprehensive Test Cases to verify Product functionality.. . Contribute during Sprint Planning to ensure all Testing concerns are discussed and accommodated in the story sizing.. . Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify and define key End User Workflows.. . Define, create and maintain Test environments.. . Validate Functionality according to Requirements/Stories.. . Verify Development changes have no undesired effect on other, associated areas of Functionality.. . Identify, communicate and document Bugs in a consistent fashion.. . Track Bugs through resolution and implementation.. . Verify Bugs are resolved according to Bug Definition.. . .  . . Required Skills & Qualifications. . . QA experience . . Petroleum Industry Background. . Good understanding of upstream applications. (Preferred: EDT Applications).. . Knowledge of one or more of the basic wells engineering concepts including: . . . Well construction – drilling techniques, well control, fluids property management, drilling mechanics, performance monitoring . . Well completions – completion designs, well performance analysis. . . . Experience with engineering applications such as WellCat, Wellplan, Compass will be an advantage.. . Basic understanding of Framework creation using any of the Automation tool.. . Experience with SDLC/STLC processes and complete understanding of various testing types viz Smoke, Functional, Integration, Performance, Regression and User Acceptance Testing etc. . . ISTQB foundation level certified (Optional).. . Well versed with Test Case creation, Defect and Test Management tool (Azure DevOps/TFS, JIRA).. . Comfortable with Agile methodologies.. .
