Who We're Seeking:. We are looking for a Corporate Associate based in the United States to support our Corporate & Securities Group. This role offers something rare: as a Scale Associate, you will have the opportunity to work directly with world class attorneys who have practiced both in-house as Public Company GCs and in BigLaw, domestically and internationally.  This opportunity involves substantial client contact and professional growth and mentoring through exposure to a wide variety of deals across clients in the defense tech, AI and Space tech areas. If you want to build your practice with real guidance and hands-on client exposure, this is the opportunity. . . About You:. . . Y. ou have 3–5 years of substantive, hands-on, law firm experience in client-facing roles. . Your ideal background includes: . . . general corporate representation, entity formation and corporate governance. . mergers and acquisitions (including due diligence and transaction documentation) . . meaningful experience with venture financing transactions and general corporate matters for emerging companies of all stage. . public company reporting and SEC compliance, and business succession planning.. . . . Compensation & Opportunities:. . . The good-faith base salary range for this position is $165,000-$205,000. The actual pay will be based on experience and other relevant factors permissible by law.. . Quarterly bonus for staying on track to meet productivity targets.
