Execute POC and evaluation hardware fulfillment with precision: validate orders, create deployment trackers in Salesforce, coordinate 3rd-party integrator prep, and ensure accurate ship/delivery milestones.. . Maintain install-base integrity: steward . SKU. /. SN. accuracy, versions, and asset IDs; reconcile variances and drive monthly inventory health with Finance and warehouse partners.. . Own KPI instrumentation and reporting: develop and publish recurring dashboards for order cycle time, . Hands-on experience in multimodal logistics operations supporting order fulfillment, RMAs, reverse logistics, or field returns with a track record of meeting SLAs.. . Operational familiarity with 3PL/3rd-party integrators, shipping carriers, and international shipments (labels, customs docs, non-standard INCOTERMS execution).. .
