Design and guide ABA programs that move the needle for kids and families.  . . . . Supervise and mentor your RBT team, supporting their clinical growth and career development.  . . . . Conduct assessments and program reviews that shape each child's care plan.  . . . . Lead parent training and collaborative family meetings.  . . . . Partner daily with OT, PT, and SLP teammates on integrated care planning across disciplines.  . . . What We Offer.  . . . Base Salary: $78,000 to $103,000.  . . . . Sign-on and Relocation Bonus: up to $15,000 in bonus pay, 2x PTO, or a mix of both.  . . . . Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000 annually).  . . . . Full benefits: medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with match, and tenure-based PTO.  . . . What You'll Need.  . . . Current BCBA certification in good standing.  . . . Physical Requirements.  Ability to sit 1 to 2 hours and stand or walk 4 to 6 hours daily.
