We’re looking for a . Senior Product Manager, Operations. to join our product team and help design the systems, workflows, and product foundations that power Dreem Health, our digital sleep clinic.. . You will work on . complex, high-impact product problems. at the intersection of software, operations, care delivery, and business performance. The goal is to build scalable systems that make the clinic more reliable, more efficient, and easier to operate, while delivering an intuitive user experience for both patients and internal teams.. . You’ll join a collaborative team of . 15. (11 Engineers and Data Scientists, 5 PMs & 1 Product Designer) and work closely with operations, billing, and clinical teams to turn messy real-world constraints into clear product decisions. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, structuring cross-functional processes, and improving products where user experience and operational execution are tightly linked.. . This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys complex products, thinks in systems, and cares as much about clarity and usability as they do about scale and operational impact. You should be excited by products that combine workflow design, APIs, automation, and thoughtful UX to help users adopt new capabilities quickly and confidently.. . What You’ll Do. . . Build scalable systems for complex workflows. :. . . Design products that improve how patients and internal teams move through critical workflows, from intake to care delivery to follow-up.. . Create systems that scale operationally while staying simple and intuitive to use.. . . . Improve processes through product, APIs, and automation. :. . . Identify bottlenecks, failure points, and manual work across the patient journey and internal operations.. . Translate them into product improvements, API-enabled capabilities, and automations, including AI when it is useful.. . . . Own cross-functional execution on high-impact problems. :. . . Lead product initiatives that sit across engineering, operations, billing, clinical teams, and business stakeholders.. . Use data, operational signals, and business context to understand where the product and operating model break down.. . Clarify goals, tradeoffs, dependencies, and execution plans in ambiguous environments.. . . . Deliver intuitive, high-quality product experiences. :. . . Partner with engineering and design to ship pragmatic solutions with strong usability and clear adoption paths.. . Write clear product requirements, align stakeholders early, and support validation so new features work in practice, not only in theory.. . . . Help shape the next generation of the product. :. . . Contribute to the roadmap for areas where product, process, service design, and automation are deeply connected.. . Bring a structured point of view on where better systems can unlock better patient experience and stronger business performance.. . . . . Required qualifications. . . Education:. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field.. . Experience:. 6+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, operations-focused product roles, or similar positions.. . Other: . . . Proven experience working on complex products, multi-step workflows, or service-heavy systems.. . Strong track record of driving cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments.. .
