You will own new business development for Phizenix Inc — opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals with clients preferably from Bay Area, CA. This is a hunter role focused on acquiring net-new logos and growing accounts to $2M–$5M+ in revenue, with deep engagement in MSP/VMS-managed programs.. . WHAT YOU'LL DO. . . Identify and open net-new client relationships across technology, semiconductor, and enterprise sectors.. . Sell IT staffing and workforce solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire) targeting $2M–$5M deal values. . Navigate and win within MSP/VMS-managed programs (Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand, IQN). . Build and maintain a robust pipeline through cold calls, networking, and referrals. . Collaborate with Phizenix recruiting teams to ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction. . Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, close, and account growth. . Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets. . . WHAT YOU'LL BRING. . . 5+ years of business development or sales experience in IT staffing. . Proven track record of acquiring new logos and growing accounts to $2M–$5M+. . Hands-on experience working within MSP environments and VMS platforms. . Established network of hiring managers, procurement leads, or CXO contacts in the Bay Area. . Experience selling to Silicon Valley clients (tech, SaaS, semiconductor, or enterprise). . Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate leads independently. . Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. . . NICE TO HAVE. . . Prior experience at or selling alongside firms. . Familiarity with SOW-based staffing engagements. . Experience in both direct client and MSP channel sales motions. . . COMPENSATION & PERKS. .
