Become an integral part of a team dedicated to serving our CMS client. In this role, you will leverage your extensive nursing, team leadership, and data analysis skills.. . You will lead a team coordinating all aspects of soldier care to promote fitness and operational readiness, ensure proper utilization of services and resources, prepare and track soldier records for Medical Evaluation Boards (MEB/PEB), and support SRP (Soldier Readiness Process) events and mobilizations, including travel to Fort Bliss, TX. Tasks include:. . . Attending a project kick-off meeting.. . Establish a discrepancy taxonomy for documenting and categorizing review findings.. . Review statistical samples to assess the accuracy of the participants and sub-participants information.. . Lead a team of RNs responsible for reviewing statistical samples on an ongoing basis.. . Conduct priority review based on client assignments.. . Conduct monthly and bi-weekly status meetings. . Provide bi-weekly status reports.. . . Qualification and Experience:. . . Hybrid position. . Minimum of 10 years RN experience, in good standing. . Minimum of 5 years RN lead/manager experience. . Bachelor degree related to job-related duties. . Must possess an active Vermont RN state license in good standing. . Experience with MEDPROS, eProfile, MHA/PHA, AHLTA, MODS, MWDE, AVS, DENCLASS (Government will provide eCase and MEDCHART training). . HHS/CMS experience. . Strong attention to detail and accuracy. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). . Capacity to lead a remote and hybrid team. . Ability to work independently and work collaboratively within a team. . Willing and able to accept constructive feedback, and make necessary changes for improvement. . Commitment to ongoing education and training in industry standards and technology advancements. . Must be flexible and have the ability to adjust to the needs of the client and changes in the program. . . What to Expect Next:. .
