We are looking for an Account Executive to help scale Baselayer’s go-to-market motion and drive revenue growth. This role owns the full sales cycle and works closely with founders, product, and GTM leadership to refine positioning, messaging, and sales execution.. . This role reports directly to the Head of Sales.. . . . . What You’ll Do. . . . Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, discovery, demos, pilots, negotiation, and close. . . . Build and manage a healthy pipeline across SMB, mid-market, and or enterprise accounts. . . . Execute outbound prospecting sequences to generate new opportunities. . . . Lead discovery conversations to deeply understand customer pain points and align Baselayer’s solutions. . . . Run high-quality product demos and manage customer trials or pilots. . . . Partner closely with Product and Engineering to share customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions. . . . Collaborate with GTM leadership to refine positioning, messaging, and sales motions. . . . Represent Baselayer with professionalism, credibility, and thought leadership in the market. . . . . . . Strong discovery, storytelling, and objection-handling skills. . . . Comfort operating in ambiguity and rapidly evolving environments. . . .
