Summary. : .  . . Guidelight is seeking a Learning Experience Designer who can translate complex clinical and operational content into high-quality, effective learning while helping build a scalable, intuitive learning system within Docebo. This role is critical to executing a 2-year Docebo build and L&D transformation plan. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role with a strong design lens. The primary focus is instructional design and curriculum development, supported by learning experience (UX) thinking and system build within the LMS. This individual will own how learning is built, structured, and experienced across the organization, enabling L&D leadership to focus on strategy. . . Responsibilities:. . . Instructional Design & Curriculum Development (Primary Focus) .  . . . Build eLearning using Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) .  . . Design and build PHP/IOP curriculum into structured, scalable eLearning  .  . . Translate SME input into structured, learner-centered content  .  . . Design scenario-based learning aligned to real-world application  .  . . Develop job aids and supporting materials to reinforce performance  .  . . . . Learning Experience Design (UX) .  . . . Organize content for clarity, usability, and engagement  .  . . Apply UX principles to improve navigation and learner experience  .  . . Ensure learning is intuitive and accessible in the flow of work  .  . . . . LMS & System Build (Docebo) .  . . . Build and organize learning within Docebo as part of a multi-phase system rollout  .  . . Structure learning plans, channels, and content architecture  .  . . Design the learner journey across onboarding, curriculum, and ongoing development  .  . . Ensure content is scalable, searchable, and aligned to system design   .  . . . . Content System & Scalability .  . . . Establish templates and design standards  .  . . Ensure consistency across learning materials  .  . . Translate peer and leadership input into structured learning  .  . . Support a distributed content model (Peer Trainers, managers contributing content)  .  . . . . . Required Qualifications:. . . 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, . and UX.  . . Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline).  . . Fluency across a variety of LMS systems, ideally with Dochebo.  . . Foundational knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.  . . Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE).  . . Experience designing scenario-based learning or case-based training. . Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE). . Proven cross-collaborator, skilled in relationship building and working with subject matter experts (SMEs).  . . Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable learning .  . . .
