Track, clarify, and input provider orders into the EMR system. . Communicate effectively with clinicians, physicians, patients, and families. . Organize and monitor medical supplies while maintaining OSHA standards. . Assist with onboarding and orientation of new staff. . Perform chart audits and administrative support tasks. . Support daily clinical operations within the office. . . Qualifications. . . Active California LVN License (Required). . Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred. . Home health experience preferred. . Strong verbal and written communication skills. . Ability to manage high-volume phone communication professionally. . Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. . Proficiency with Apple devices, EMR systems, and scheduling software. . Working knowledge of medical terminology. . Strong customer service and patient-care mindset. . BLS Certification preferred. . . Work Location. . This is a fully on-site position based in our Walnut Creek office.
