Own end‑to‑end design across 4–6 internal product surfaces, from research and interaction design to visual design and shipped UI. . Create and maintain a lightweight design system and shared component library to ensure consistency across tools. . Design interaction patterns for AI‑native workflows, including agent supervision, automated triage, intelligent recommendations, and real‑time reporting. . Collaborate directly with senior engineers in a pod‑based model with rapid iteration and minimal process overhead. . Translate complex, multi‑source data into streamlined, single‑screen experiences that reduce context switching. . Conduct user research and usability testing with internal stakeholders. . Rapidly prototype new concepts and iterate based on feedback. . Ensure high adoption and usability of internal tools across a 100+ person organization. . . Performance Expectations. .
