You're a fully licensed clinician in the Tacoma area — LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW — who wants a high-paying part-time telehealth caseload without the overhead of private practice. Maybe you're already working full-time and want to supplement your income. Maybe you want to scale back and build something more flexible. Either way, this role is designed to work around you.. . You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across Washington, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. (required — we cannot hire other license types at this time). . Experience or strong interest in youth and family-focused care. . Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems. . Availability during afternoon/evening hours. . . Preferred. . . CBT, DBT, or similar evidence-based modality experience. . School-based or pediatric clinical background. . Active NPI and CAQH. .
