This is a highly proactive partnership development role focused on identifying, engaging, and building relationships with nonprofits, schools, libraries, and community organizations. Successful candidates enjoy outreach, relationship-building, and creating opportunities from the ground up.. . You will manage the full partnership lifecycle, including:. . . Outbound prospecting (80–100 calls/day) . . Pipeline generation. . Relationship development. . Account growth and stewardship. . Partner onboarding support. . . Successful Strategic Partnerships Executives create opportunities through consistent outreach, relationship-building, and follow-through. This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy proactively connecting with prospective partners rather than waiting for opportunities to come to them.. .  . . Key Responsibilities:. . . Sales & Business Development: . Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and networking to identify new partners. Maintain daily outreach activity including 80–100 outbound calls while building relationships with nonprofits, schools, and libraries.. . Account Management: . Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners. Build strong relationships, conduct account check-ins, and identify opportunities for growth and referrals.. . Customer Experience: . Ensure a positive partner experience throughout the sales and onboarding process. Address questions or issues quickly and gather feedback to improve service delivery.. . Partner Support: . Guide partners through onboarding and help them maximize the value of Mission Telecom’s services. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or service needs.. . Cross-Team Collaboration: . Work with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align partnership efforts and share market insights.. . Events & Outreach: . Represent Mission Telecom at conferences and industry events to build relationships and expand awareness of our broadband solutions. Occasional travel required.. . Sales Tracking & Reporting: . Maintain accurate outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems such as Salesforce. Monitor performance metrics and share insights with leadership.in testing new outreach strategies and market opportunities.. . .  . . To do this work you will need:. . . 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, relationship management, fundraising, or community engagement. . Comfortable conducting . 80–100 outbound calls daily . and proactively generating new partnership opportunities. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility. . Self-motivated with strong organization, follow-through, and time-management skills. . Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote startup environment. . Passion for supporting nonprofits, schools, libraries, and mission-driven organizations. . Experience using business technology platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, or comparable systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools. . Preferred Locations:. Florida, Ohio, Nevada, Colorado, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington D.C. Qualified candidates from other states will also be considered. . .  . . Salary and Benefits:. . . Annual salary of $75,000 - $85,000. .
