You’ll partner closely with our Network Administrator, CISO, and IT leadership while gaining hands-on exposure to a variety of technologies and security initiatives. Configure and support network infrastructure and cloud resources in partnership with the Network Administrator and IT leadership.. . Support organizational security, privacy, HIPAA compliance, and SOC 2 audit activities.. . Perform security and compliance audits and testing under the direction of the Network Administrator and CISO.. . Configure and monitor Microsoft Entra, Purview, and Defender security policies and alerts, troubleshooting and remediating issues as needed.. . Monitor vulnerability and security platforms including Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, and UpGuard.. . Manage and configure the organization’s CrowdStrike Next-Gen SIEM.. . Monitor physical and virtual servers and respond to identified issues.. . Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates for company workstations, servers, and virtual machines.. . Respond to Help Desk calls and support tickets during regular business hours and participate in an after-hours support rotation.. . Administer users and groups within Active Directory and Exchange.. . Document IT systems, configurations, and processes.. . Manage monthly system maintenance activities and coordinate assignments across the team.. . Provide phone-based technology training to new users.. . Support the installation and configuration of hardware and software across a multi-platform environment.. . Follow UASI policies regarding the appropriate use and disclosure of protected health information (PHI).. . . . . What We’re Looking For. . Intermediate networking knowledge.. . Hands-on experience supporting software and hardware within a multi-platform environment.. . Experience with cybersecurity, vulnerability management, cloud administration, or SIEM platforms is highly valuable.. . . Education & Qualifications. . . Minimum 6 years of professional experience, plus a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.. .
