We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Operations Analyst to own the structure, accuracy, and effectiveness of our comprehensive internal knowledge ecosystem. This is a critical role that involves managing complex SOP libraries and operational documentation for a healthcare-focused organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all mission-critical knowledge is clear, accurate, and easily accessible—empowering teams to move faster, mitigate risks, and make informed decisions.. . Develop, audit, and maintain detailed SOPs and operational content for a regulated, healthcare environment ensuring clarity, accuracy, usability, and compliance.. . . . Demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts and workflows into intuitive, user-friendly documentation.. . . .
