You will partner with the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer as we grow and scale the PagerDuty CTO Org. You are a self-directed, meticulous, and highly organized administrative partner with experience in complex calendaring, travel planning, working collaboratively with internal and external partners, and project management.. . The successful candidate for this role will be an individual who thrives on working with a dynamic team, is comfortable with challenges of coordinating across multiple timezones to accommodate our distributed workforce, and excels at building strong relationships. This position is an integral part of the team, responsible for supporting our San Francisco Bay Area based Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Information Officer. You will also be a key partner to the Senior Executive Assistant to the CTO as we handle impactful projects across the organization. You will become involved and educated in the business, working to become a true partner to the executives you support and their teams.. . Key Responsibilities:. . . Serve as the primary point person managing the CIO & CISO's complex schedules including meetings with internal and external stakeholders.. . Work to understand and stay on top of executive’s priorities and goals. . Travel booking and management. . Coordination of team off-sites and strategic planning meetings. . Expense reimbursement processing to ensure accurate and timely submission. . Perform and prioritize an array of administrative tasks, meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail. . Exhibit tact and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information. . Build excellent relationships inside and outside of PagerDuty. . Partner closely with the PagerDuty Executive and Administrative Assistant team to provide excellent support to a large, globally distributed team, both in-office and remote.. . . Minimum Requirements:. . . Bachelor’s degree preferred.. . Minimum 5(+) years of Executive support; with direct Senior/Executive Leadership support experience in a fast-paced corporate tech environment. . Preference for Bay Area based candidates, able to be in our San Francisco office on an as needed basis (generally 1 - 2 days per week). . Strong Google Suite experience. . Experience planning complex events & offsite meetings, including willingness to travel to support events and meetings as needed . . Excellent communication and time-management skills. . Adaptable and inventive in a dynamic environment. . Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects while maintaining a professional & collaborative attitude. . Has a growth mindset, displays sound business acumen and has the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment when representing the company based on your executives’ priorities. . . . . The base salary range for this position is 86,000 - 144,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.. .
