This is a critical leadership position, ideal for a seasoned operations manager, who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments and brings a track record of developing leaders, driving results, and owning change. Managing a large team of 100-150 direct and indirect reports, including Assistant Managers and Supervisors, you’ll play a central role in shaping culture, implementing new processes, and driving safety, productivity, and engagement. You’ll also partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders both inside and outside the fulfillment center. This role offers growth potential into senior leadership, including acting as a right hand to the Fulfillment Center Senior Manager.. . This role is expected to be onsite Monday- Thursday 7:00am- 5:30pm. . . Who You Are. . . Experienced Leader. : You bring . 10+ years of management experience. , including leading large shifts of 100+ people. You’ve directly managed supervisors, assistant managers, and/or operations managers, and are confident in acting as a “leader of leaders”. . Strong Cross-Functional Operator: . You have deep experience collaborating across multiple functions, including engineering, data, HR, inventory, and planning. You’re comfortable interfacing regularly with corporate stakeholders to support rollout of new programs and tools. . Builder in Ambiguity:.
