Overall Brand Strategy. : Define and execute a cohesive global brand strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives significant revenue growth. You will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency and relevance across all touchpoints.. . Regional Marketing Teams:. Provide strategic direction to regional marketing teams, empowering them to localize global campaigns while maintaining brand integrity. You will ensure seamless communication and collaboration between headquarters and regional offices.. . Public Relations:. Drive a proactive and strategic PR agenda to enhance brand reputation, secure top-tier media placements, and manage crisis communications effectively.. . Social Media: . Key Responsibilities. . . Define and execute the global marketing vision and strategy to drive customer acquisition, improve retention, and expand market penetration.. . Develop and manage the multi-million dollar marketing budget, demonstrating a clear return on marketing investment (ROMI).. . Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.. . Optimize the end-to-end customer journey using data-driven insights to improve key metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).. . A seasoned marketing leader with a minimum of 15 years of experience (with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role), with a focus on global marketing strategy.. . Experienced in working for a hyper-growth direct-to-consumer (D2C) or omnichannel company with both online and offline sales.. .
