Proven track record in day to day client management, managing multiple accounts concurrently with unwavering attention to detail.. . Strong negotiating and leveraging data abilities to showcase performance in a way that aids business outcomes/growth.. . Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decipher data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.. . Ability to build and nurture client relationships while proactively identifying growth opportunities.. . . EXPERIENCE:. 2+ years of digital marketing/affiliate marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing and client relationship management.. . YOUR ROLE. . Manage and grow client relationships by executing data-driven performance marketing strategies that exceed customer acquisition goals while ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.. . OUTCOMES (Performance Expectations). . . Client Relationship Management:. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring balance between meeting client demands and internal company goals and priorities. . . Revenue Growth:. Proactively identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding profitability targets within the first 6 months.. . Client Onboarding:. Own the onboarding experience to decrease time-to-launch by leveraging strong internal coordination across Sales and Operations. . . Campaign Execution:. Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client KPIs.. . Performance Reporting:. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly campaign updates using clear and compelling insights tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.. . Data Analysis:. Analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real-time, using findings to drive better outcomes across client portfolios.. . Strategic Partnership Development:. Showcase strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships.. . Industry Expertise:.
