We are looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to help Nav scale the impact of our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to marketing, product, and data teams. You will provide advanced analytical insights that drive growth, improve channel efficiency, and shape customer acquisition and retention strategies.. . YOU WILL:.  . . . Own complex marketing and sales analytics projects end-to-end, including scoping, data exploration, modeling, and stakeholder communication.. . Design, implement, and analyze experiments such as A/B tests and incrementality studies to optimize paid channel performance.. . Refine Nav's attribution frameworks and create customer journey analyses to understand full-funnel performance across marketing channels .. . Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve data availability, tracking infrastructure, and reporting automation.. . Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve tools. . Contribute to a culture of analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.. . Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.. . . WHO YOU ARE. :. . . 6 to 10+ years of experience in data analytics, with substantial experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital acquisition. . Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data in a modern data warehouse. . Proficiency in Python for analysis and modeling. . Deep understanding of B2C or B2B digital marketing, marketing funnels, attribution models, CAC/LTV metrics, and ROI optimization. . Experience designing and analyzing controlled experiments (e.g., geo-lift, holdout, multivariable testing)  or user-level A/B tests). . Proven ability to operate independently and lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives.. . Exceptional ability to collaborate cross functionally across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance and Data teams. .
