Opportunity. . As a Health Plan Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in driving strategic relationships and revenue growth with health plan partners. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, expanding key relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth through consultative selling and deep industry expertise. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with a strong background in managed care, health insurance, or digital health partnerships.. . Responsibilities. . . Own a portfolio of prospective health plan clients and develop strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., C-suite, senior management, clinical, product management, innovation teams).. . Own the end-to-end sales cycle - from initial discovery to contract signature - for regional and national health plan opportunities. . Act as a trusted advisor to clients by helping them leverage products and services to drive better clinical outcomes, member experience, and total cost-of-care savings.. . Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Product, Implementation, Clinical, Compliance) to ensure successful onboarding, integration, and ongoing client satisfaction.. . Stay up to date on healthcare policy, payer trends, and competitor activity to provide strategic insights and feedback internally.. . Support contract negotiations, RFP responses, and ensure regulatory alignment (e.g., CMS, Medicaid, ACA Exchange plans).. . . Qualifications. . . 3–6 years of experience in business development in the health plan, payer, or managed care space. . Successful track record of meeting growth targets. . Strong understanding of health insurance models (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange). . Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders. . Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, mission-driven environment. . Proactive, organized, and metrics-driven, with strong CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce). . Willingness and ability to travel as needed, understands there are no hard-and-fast rules but will do what is needed to support the success of the business.  . . . Preferred Qualifications. . . Experience working with digital health, population health, or value-based care solutions. . Familiarity with provider networks, member engagement programs, or care navigation platforms. . History of selling products to health plans that are utilized in both fully-insured and ASO populations. . Deep relationships with key regional health plans . . Deep relationships with national health plans. . . Benefits  . . The compensation range for this position is $180,000-$215,000 annually. This position is bonus eligible. . .
