Content Designer . to join our team of mission-driven educators and designers to build high-quality, standards-aligned learning experiences that support student success.. . In this role, you will:. . . Write, edit, and revise engaging curriculum content (CTE and Electives)—including lessons, assessments, and activities—that support strong student outcomes. . Apply design and quality guidelines to ensure content is instructionally sound, rigorous, and inclusive. . Collaborate with designers, editors, and content developers to ensure clarity and alignment across all assets. . Work within internal authoring platforms and follow established content workflows. . Support iterative development cycles through feedback integration and process improvement. . Stay informed about curriculum standards and educational best practices to inform development decisions. . . Who You Are. . . You bring at least 2 years of experience in education, curriculum development, or instructional design. . You hold a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s preferred). . You’re a strong writer and editor with sharp attention to detail. . You understand learning design principles and how they apply to digital curriculum. . You enjoy collaborating across teams and contributing to shared goals. . You’re organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple deadlines. . You’re quick to learn new tools and technologies – bonus points for experience with AI. . You thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. .
