Opportunity . . We’re hiring a Platform Analytics Engineer to lead analytics for our core product experience. You’ll own the full stack, from defining and modeling key metrics to analyzing behavior and running experiments that shape what we build next.. . This role is deeply cross-functional: you’ll work closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure teams have the data, metrics, and infrastructure they need to make good decisions. You’ll also help establish the systems and standards that support self-service, reliable experimentation, and consistent measurement.. . Responsibilities . . . Build clean, scalable data models in dbt. . Define core metrics and ensure they’re documented, tested, and consistently applied. . Analyze user behavior across onboarding, engagement, coaching, and care delivery. . Design and evaluate experiments to measure product impact and guide decisions. . Proactively identify data issues, regressions, and emerging patterns worth exploring. . Collaborate with PMs and engineers on instrumentation, metric design, and measurement plans. . Additional duties as assigned. . . Qualifications . . . 5+ years in product analytics, analytics engineering, or a similar role. . Advanced SQL and experience with dbt or similar analytics tooling. . Python experience for analysis, modeling, or experimentation. . Comfortable working with behavioral health, lifecycle, or time-series data. . Solid understanding of how to design and interpret experiments. . Clear communicator who works well across functions and drives alignment. . This remote opportunity is available to US based persons. The compensation range for this position is $100,000-$120,000 annually. . .
