
Traffic Supervisor at Barkley. . Location: Remote (United States). We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive . Traffic Supervisor . with a minimum of five years’ experience in agency broadcast traffic for television and/or radio. This role will be responsible for working closely with various internal teams within the ad agency and external vendors, including broadcast stations, media planners, account teams, and production teams, to ensure seamless execution. . . The ideal candidate has worked in a media network, broadcast station group, or media buying agency and is familiar with systems like Strata or similar traffic software.. . . . . Key Responsibilities. . . . Handle the timely dissemination of advertising materials to various media outlets.. . . Ensure creative assets are distributed to media outlets in a timely manner.. . . Coordinate and schedule commercial spots across multiple platforms (TV. ,. radio, OOH, Print, etc.), ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.. . . Enter, edit, proofread, and send traffic instructions and log data.. . . Manage daily logs and reconcile aired spots, including makegoods and missed placements.. . . Partner with Client Experience, Creative Production. ,. Project Management, and Media Activation teams to ensure smooth trafficking of campaigns and last-minute changes.. . . Maintain professional and clear communication with internal agency departments regarding ad status, schedules, revisions, and any relevant updates.. . . Upload and verify creative assets and copy instructions in traffic systems.. . . Ensure correct separation, rotation, and placement of spots based on client specifications and regulatory guidelines.. . . Analyze pre- and post-log data for quality assurance and reporting.. . . Maintain thorough documentation of traffic orders and campaign changes.. . . Contribute to the optimization of traffic workflows and systems.. . . . . . Qualifications. . . . Minimum . 5 years of traffic coordination experience. in traditional media or ad agencies(TV or radio broadcast required).. . . Proficiency in traffic systems such as . Strata, or similar platforms. .. . . Strong organizational and time management skills:. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet multiple deadlines under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.. . . Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy:. Ensuring precise data entry and adherence to instructions and schedules.. . . Excellent communication skills:. Clear and professional written and verbal communication to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.. . . Problem-solving abilities:. Identifying and resolving issues quickly and efficiently to prevent broadcast disruptions.. . . Computer proficiency:. Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.. . . Solid understanding of media scheduling, broadcast operations, and commercial trafficking.. . . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.. . .
