We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive forward our enterprise IT in a fast paced and rapidly growing environment. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the IT strategy aligns and supports business goals through close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-departmental stakeholders. You will be responsible for executing against this roadmap while growing and managing our enterprise technology stack across multiple office locations. This role demands a blend of strategic leadership and deep technical expertise. The ideal candidate is an agile leader who thrives in rapidly evolving environments, has deep experience in establishing robust, enterprise-grade systems and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to keep things on track.. . About The Work. . . Recruit, lead, and mentor a team responsible for helpdesk, systems administration, device management, enterprise services, security and identity management. . Manage a multi-office + hybrid (onsite and remote) team and department. . Develop and manage business continuity and disaster recovery plans and policies. . Collaborating closely with other departments and executive leadership to develop a joint technology roadmap. . Lead the development and implementation of company IT strategy. . Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and protocols with regards to technology and work on training as assigned. . Identify and improve bottlenecks and inefficiencies. . Develop and monitor budgets related to information technology including equipment and software. . Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. . Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the company’s operations. . Build and maintain relationships with IT vendors. . . You do have. . . At least 10 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity professional. . At least 3 years of experience in a management role. . Expertise in building and running IT operations. . Expertise in Enterprise IT. . Experience working with security technologies including firewalls, SIEMs, and encryption. . Strong leadership and communication skills. . Excited about building in a greenfield environment . . Excited about working with robotics. . Experience hiring both full time, part time, and contract employees. . Strong knowledge of SOC2, NIST CSF 2.0, CIS CSC v8. . Authorization to work in the USA. . . You may have. . . Experience managing a hybrid team. . Expertise in Application IT. . Expertise in cloud environments. . Degree in Cybersecurity, IT or related fields. . Relevant certifications for example CISSP, CISM, or CISA. . Experience in greenfield application development. . Experience authoring and implementing employee policies and training. . Experience with Robotics, IoT, or similar distributed device environments. . Previously completed SOC2, NIST CSF 2.0. .
