Opportunity. . We are seeking a . Senior Manager, Client Marketing . to drive member registration, activation, and business growth across our health plan clients. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of high-impact, multi-channel marketing programs across plan-owned and employer-facing channels. You’ll contribute to strategy by identifying opportunities, shaping campaign approaches, and building scalable, repeatable programs.. . You’ll work closely with teams across Sales, Clinical, Implementation, client Success, Lifecycle Marketing, and Data to deliver high-impact, seamless launches and optimized campaigns in a complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystem.. . Responsibilities. . client Engagement & Campaign Execution. . . Develop client marketing strategies that drive maximum engagement through both plan-owned and employer-facing channels.. . Execute marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, SMS, webinars, events, newsletters, and referral programs.. . Serve as the day-to-day marketing point of contact for clients.. . Support onboarding and implementation of marketing access for new launches and client expansions.. . . Campaign Management & Optimization. . . Support the development of marketing playbooks and channel guidelines.. . Manage a repeatable, scalable campaign execution process to reduce custom work and improve efficiency.. . Track performance across channels, analyze results, and apply insights to optimize future campaigns.. . Enable internal teams with documentation, campaign calendars, and client-specific insights.. . . Data & Compliance Integration. . . client with Data Engineering and Clinical Ops to ensure campaign data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.. . Ensure marketing compliance in collaboration with Clinical and Partner Experience teams.. . . Qualifications. . . 5–7 years of experience in B2B2C marketing, with at least 3 years focused on health plans required.. . Proven track record executing cross-channel campaigns in complex client ecosystems.. . Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.. . Skilled in client communication, internal alignment, and campaign enablement.. . Analytical mindset; able to interpret performance data and drive optimization.. . Familiarity with Salesforce, Lightdash, and other marketing/data tools preferred.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. .
