The Product team at Carrot is seeking a Senior Product Content Operations Specialist to elevate and own the systems, processes, and tools that power our member content. . . We’re looking for someone energized by both strategic visioning and operational rigor: part program manager, part content engineer, part information architect. You’re a leader who runs toward fires, swears by structured taxonomies, and takes pride in building systems that others can rely on.. . Optimize the content lifecycle: . Design and own systems that drive scalable content development, management, and governance. . Support translation and localization: . Collaborate with localization specialist and engineers to both elevate existing systems and architect new ones. . Develop and drive QA processes:. Run regular audits to identify outdated assets, fill gaps, lower risk, and maintain quality. . Build data-driven decision frameworks: . Use analytics tools to track content usage, performance, and gaps to demonstrate impact and inform decisions . . Enable team members:. Train, document, and support the use of tools and workflows, as well as providing visibility into content status, timelines, logic, and accountability. . Align across content types and channels: . Partner with Brand and others on templates, style guidance, and governance to maintain integrity across channels. . Lead cross-functional initiatives:. Rally stakeholders around shared goals, balance competing priorities, create clarity, and drive for results. . .  . . The Team:. . This role reports to the Senior UX Strategist and sits on the Content Design team. You’ll partner closely with folks across the UX, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as collaborating with operations and localization experts, and other cross-functional stakeholders.. .  . . Minimum Qualifications: . . . 5+ years of program management, with proven success in product content management and operations. . Expertise in technical development of content management systems like Contentful. . Background in knowledge management, taxonomies, information architecture. . Talent for enabling teams and managing others' transition to new workflows and tools. . Experience owning content audits, asset maintenance, and technical documentation. . Comfort collaborating with engineers, as well as designers, and strong understanding of technical workings of operational platforms. . . Preferred Qualifications:. . . Proficiency with analytics methods and data tools such as Tableau and Heap. . Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and scale operations. . Outstanding organizational and communication skills. . Experience with translation and localization, supporting a global product. . An appetite for staying on top of technology and operational best practices. . .  . . Compensation: . . The starting base salary for this position will range from $120,000-$150,000.
