Finance Controller. to lead financial operations for multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for. . month-end closes, reconciliations, and system integrations, while also acting as a trusted partner to clients by walking them through their financials and processes.. . Key Responsibilities. . . Own the. . month-end close process and deliver accurate financial statements.. . Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure balance sheets are accurate.. . Manage and optimize integrations between Shopify, Amazon (FBA), QuickBooks, and A2X.. . Review and analyze client financials, providing clear explanations of processes and results.. . Partner with bookkeeping and ops teams to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day accounting.. . Support US-based CPG small businesses with operational finance guidance.. . Identify process improvements and help clients strengthen their financial systems.. . . Qualifications. . . 5+ years of accounting/finance experience (with US-based small businesses).. . Proven track record of closing financials for Shopify- and Amazon-based companies.. . Strong experience with QuickBooks Online and bank reconciliations.. . Familiarity with A2X and e-commerce integrations (Shopify → QuickBooks).. . Operational finance experience — comfortable digging into details and improving workflows.. .
