Role Overview. . We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support product development at Kennel Connection, our SaaS platform for pet care businesses. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and support staff to gather requirements, write user stories, and ensure clarity and alignment across all stages of the development cycle.. . This is a remote position intended for an overseas contractor with at least partial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time. Candidates with light UI/UX skills or the ability to create mockups will be strongly preferred.. . Key Responsibilities. . . Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from internal teams and customers.. . Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.. . Maintain a prioritized and groomed product backlog in Azure DevOps (or similar tool).. . Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate understanding and execution of requirements.. . Assist QA by reviewing test plans and confirming that developed features meet specifications.. .
