We’re only just getting started.. About this Position. . The Therapy Access Intake Specialist provides operational support to the Therapy Access organization including, and not limited to, fax management, data entry, and benefit verification. The Therapy Access Intake Specialist reports to the Therapy Access Manager and will not have any direct reports. This is a remote position.. . This is a contractor (1099) position with a pay range of  $25 - $30/hour. We are seeking a contractor to work Eastern Time Zone hours (8am – 5pm Eastern). This contract opportunity is anticipated to run through March 2026. This timeline is subject to change based on company needs.. . Specific Responsibilities. . . Manage daily data entry requirements and Intake process for new and existing patients. . Oversee daily operations of incoming document fax server along with identify and file documentation within customer relationship management (CRM) system. . Provide review and quality check of incoming documents, associated data entry and organization. . Receive completed paperwork from customers (e.g., agreements, privacy notifications, etc.). . Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures; Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and FDA regulations. . Document all interactions into the customer relationship management (CRM) system in accordance with Quality Assurance/Regulatory and HIPAA guidelines. . Perform other duties as assigned. . . Skills and Experience. . . Minimum 1 year of experience within the healthcare industry focused on administrative / clerical reasonability’s with a strong experience in customer service and data entry. . Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. . Computer competency including MS Office, Google, Internet, and navigation of customer relationship management (CRM) systems. . Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.. .
