The financial reporting team is responsible for consolidating the results of each company on the VTEX group and translating this into internal and external final reports. As part of the Consolidation and Financial Reporting team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the Finance areas by providing accurate and complete financial information in a timely manner. Support the consolidation team during the closing of global financial reports, preparing organized working papers and ensuring deadlines are met.. . Assist in intercompany cost analyses, identifying discrepancies and reporting inconsistencies.. . Contribute to monthly variance analyses by entity to support explanatory notes.. . Help in the calculation of RSU and SOP expenses by entering and validating information in the system.. . Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives, bringing new ideas and learning hands-on.. . . WHO YOU ARE:. . . Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, with expected graduation date in 2026 or later.. . Someone based in Rio de Janeiro - this is a hybrid position. . . Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.. . Intermediate English (mainly reading and writing).. . Someone with affinity with numbers and interest in learning corporate finance and accounting concepts.. . Proactivity and initiative to learn and suggest improvements.. . Good communication skills to interact with different areas and global teams.. .
