About the Role:. . We’re looking for an exceptional . Campaign Manager. to lead and orchestrate the end-to-end campaign rollout for a major tentpole project in the MrBeast ecosystem. As the operational engine behind the campaign, you’ll keep our 40+ workstreams on track and ensure smooth coordination with external and internal teams. . In this role, you’ll work directly with senior leadership on the project, joining key calls, taking notes, building timelines, and keeping everyone aligned and accountable. This is a 7 month contract role with immediate start.. . What You’ll Do:. . . Build and manage detailed timelines for campaign workstreams, including trailers, teasers, key art, content drops, IRL stunts, and more. . . Track dependencies and surface blockers across internal and external teams. . . Join major meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through with scheduling meetings. . . Keep internal leadership up to date with key milestones, risks, and gaps in execution. . . Proactively anticipate campaign needs and help structure chaos into clean workflows and timelines. . . Own the campaign calendar and workback schedule across dozens of complex workstreams. . . Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align deliverables, campaign milestones, and comms on a daily basis. . . Maintain clear visibility into weekly goals and moving parts across the campaign. . . Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing six days a week, supporting key initiatives with a proactive and results-driven approach, while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities. . . . What We’re Looking For:. . . 5+ years of experience in campaign management, operations, or program management. . . Experience with large-scale entertainment, tv shows, or streaming launches. . . Exceptional organization, documentation, and project tracking skills. . . A proactive operator who takes initiative and drives things forward. . . Comfortable owning timelines, asking tough questions, and maintaining alignment. . . Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail. . . Experience working with companies like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, or similar is a plus. .
