Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing communication.. . Build and nurture strong client relationships by developing a deep understanding of their business goals, challenges, and success metrics.. . Proactively manage client communications, keeping them informed on progress, deliverables, and upcoming opportunities.. . Oversee project execution and service delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.. . Collaborate with internal teams (creative, development, strategy, operations) to deliver high-quality solutions that align with client expectations.. . Identify growth opportunities within accounts by recommending additional services, upselling, or cross-selling when relevant.. . Serve as the voice of the client internally, providing feedback to improve processes, offerings, and overall client experience.. . Monitor client satisfaction and retention, addressing risks early and ensuring a high level of engagement and trust.. . .  . . Requirements:. . . 1+ year of experience in customer success, account representative, client services, or customer-facing roles within a digital marketing or advertising agency (or closely related industry).. . Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics, and best practices.. . Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, GoHighLevel, or similar.. . Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.. . Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.. . A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.. . . . Compensation:. . . The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $800 - $1,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.. .
