Translate targets into a channel plan (digital ads, podcast-for-content, events/roundtables, tradeshows, trainings, LinkedIn/email).. . Work on copy and messaging for the website.. . Define success metrics, run weekly operating rhythms, and report progress clearly. . . Craft ICP messaging for sales leaders & HR/L&D; test channel mix and reallocate based on data.. . Operate the stack without bloat: Pipedrive, Instantly, LinkedIn workflows, Clay/Apollo, intent data, Google Analytics.. . Partner with a RevOps and agency to ensure funnel hygiene and instrumentation.. . Consultative approach for evaluating the current marketing plan.. . . Requirements:. . . MUST 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS growth/marketing; zero-to-one experience; ideally sales tech/enablement. . . Demonstrated strategy and execution; portfolio of campaigns and measurable outcomes.. . Experience working with: Pipedrive, Instantly, LinkedIn workflows, Clay/Apollo, intent data, Google Analytics.; strong analytical chops.. . Excellent English; low-ego, owner mentality.. .
