As the first Technical Program Manager at Cocoon, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we plan, align, and deliver cross-functional initiatives. You’ll partner with engineering, product, design, and GTM teams to bring clarity, focus, and execution excellence to some of our most important partnership initiatives. In this role you will: . . . Lead highly cross-functional programs, using strong TPM craft and collaboration skills to deliver complex initiatives. . Drive project alignment by managing dependencies, guiding technical discussions, and making sure the right conversations happen at the right time. . Anticipate risks and blockers, escalate when needed, and keep momentum toward resolution. . Influence outcomes by building trusted, strong partnerships across the organization. . Champion effective ways of working including finding the right balance of tools, structure & practices while continuously improving how we collaborate and deliver on our commitments. . . . ⚡️ You'd be a great fit if:. . . The expected base compensation for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 dependent on level. Our total compensation package for full-time employees includes equity and benefits. .
