The Pharmacy Sales Support SME a highly skilled and strategic Sales Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and support the development of competitive, high-quality responses to Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This role is critical in enabling our sales and proposal teams to win new business and retain existing clients by providing deep expertise in PBM operations, clinical programs, pricing strategies, and regulatory requirements. .  . . What you’ll do.  . . . RFP Strategy & Execution:.  Lead the end-to-end support for PBM RFPs, including intake, response development, coordination with internal stakeholders, and final submission. .  . . . . Subject Matter Expertise:.  Serve as a go-to expert on PBM services including formulary management, clinical programs, rebate strategies, specialty pharmacy, and regulatory compliance. .  . . . . Sales Enablement:.  Partner with sales executives to craft compelling, customized proposals that align with client needs and market trends. .  . . . . Cross-Functional Collaboration:.  Work closely with teams across Clinical, Underwriting, Legal, Operations, and IT to gather accurate and timely information for RFP responses. .  . . . . Content Development & Management: . Maintain and enhance a library of standard RFP responses, ensuring content is current, compliant, and aligned with strategic messaging. .  . . . . Competitive Intelligence: . Monitor industry trends and competitor positioning to inform proposal strategy and differentiate offerings. .  . . . . Process Improvement: . Identify and implement improvements in RFP response workflows, tools, and templates to increase efficiency and quality. .  . . . What we’re looking for.  . . . The candidate must have at least 7 years of experience supporting PBM, digital health or healthcare sales RFP processes .  . . . . Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. .  . . . . 7+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare sales support, or proposal development. .  . . . . Deep understanding of PBM operations, clinical programs, and pharmacy networks. .  . . . . Proven success supporting complex RFPs in a fast-paced environment. .  . . . . Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills. .  . . . . Strong project management and organizational abilities..  . .
