COMPENSATION:. $150,000 to $180,000 per year. . This position is Contract to Hire. . MUST HAVE:. . . 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment. . Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session. . Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite. . Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO. . Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences. . . EXPERIENCE:. 8+ years of UX/UI experience within performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.. . YOUR ROLE. Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed, CRO-optimized user experiences that blend strategy, aesthetics, and functionality across Launch Potato web properties.. . OUTCOMES. . . Deliver complete, test-ready user experiences—from concept and ideation through high-fidelity prototypes and dev hand-off—backed by A/B test results and user insights. . Independently lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post-test iteration. . Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design direction. . Identify and proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs. . Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints. . Champion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organization. . Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability. . . COMPETENCIES. . . Performance-Minded:. Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits.
