Create visually compelling designs for a variety of marketing materials, including digital and print assets such as social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, infographics, presentations, brochures, and advertisements. . . Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.. . Understand project requirements and target audience to ensure that design solutions meet marketing objectives and resonate with the intended audience. . . Use industry-standard design software and tools to bring creative ideas to life and produce high-quality designs that are visually appealing and on-brand.. . Incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders to refine designs and achieve the desired visual impact. . . Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices, and proactively share new ideas and design innovations with the team.. . Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure that design assets are delivered on time and meet project deadlines.. . Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers or photographers, to coordinate the production and delivery of printed materials or custom visual assets.. . Maintain an organized library of design assets, ensuring that files are appropriately named, categorized, and easily accessible for future use.. . . Requirements:. . . 1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various mediums. . . Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software. . . Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. . . Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. . . Ability to work in Central Time Zone. . . Preferred. . . Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.. .
